How to book with airport pickup
- Open the booking engine and select Menorca Airport as your pickup location.
- Enter your dates, expected times and the driver’s age.
- Compare available categories and check seats, transmission and cover conditions.
- Check the final price, including delivery service and selected extras.
- Confirm your booking and follow the instructions to prepare documents and collect the vehicle.
Pickup without a shuttle: what it means
The vehicle is handed over in the car park opposite the arrivals building. You do not need to take a van or bus to an office outside the airport. This does not mean you should go to any rental desk: use the meeting point provided for your booking.
If your schedule changes or your flight is delayed, let us know with your booking number. Pickup methods and conditions may depend on the time; enter a realistic time when calculating the price.

Families with suitcases
Consider a medium-sized car or SUV. Compare luggage space with passenger numbers and any child seats you need.
Automatic driving
Automatic categories include MG or similar, León or similar and Jeep Renegade. Specifically book an automatic category.
Groups of 7 or 9 people
Check Dacia Jogger or similar with 5+2 seats and Opel Vivaro or similar with 9 seats. Review the specific excess and boot capacity.
Cover, fuel and price
The published conditions include unlimited mileage and a free second driver, subject to driving requirements. The fuel policy is same/same: return the car with the same level as at collection.
Standard cars with up to five seats include collision cover without an excess, subject to exclusions. The 7 and 9 seater categories have specific conditions. Basic and additional cover differ; check your rate’s details before confirming.
We accept cash and debit or credit cards. A credit card is not compulsory for every rental; check the requirements and guarantee for your category.
Airport return
Select your return location and a time compatible with your flight. Follow the confirmation instructions to park and return the car. Check the fuel level and allow time to reach the terminal and complete flight formalities.
