Collect your car with our team or prepare the rental beforehand and follow the self-service pickup instructions on your phone. Available pickup methods, times and prices are shown for your dates during booking.
Self-service pickup
Complete the documents and payment before you arrive. You will receive the car’s location and collection instructions by WhatsApp, without an in-person meeting.
Staffed pickup
Our team meets you at the agreed location, checks your documents and hands over the vehicle with you.
How self-service pickup works
- Complete the details and documents requested for your booking.
- Pay before collection and check that all required steps are complete.
- Receive the exact vehicle location and access instructions by WhatsApp.
- Find the car in the indicated car park. In the usual procedure the car is open, with the key and exit ticket in the boot; always follow your booking instructions.
- Check the vehicle’s condition and take the requested photographs before driving away.
- Return the car following the location and instructions in your confirmation and send the requested photographs.
Differences between the two pickup methods

Self-service pickup does not mean unlocking the car with an app. Your phone is used to prepare the booking and receive the location and instructions. Do not go to the car until you receive confirmation that it is ready.
